First Swim

This year we were finally able to take Rhonen into the pool. He was a little unsure at first...the temperature was colder than his bath so it took a little getting used to. I think he had fun, which is good because we'll be spending a lot of time in the pool this summer due to my growing condition.

Go Giants

We took a quick trip to San Francisco to see our Giants play ball. The drive was a little long for Rhonen but it was fun! And they won the game!

Pregnancy Update

Here I am at 24 1/2 weeks...big, I know! For all who don't know, we're having another boy. I've been feeling pretty good and this baby is very active. He starts moving at 5am and doesn't stop until 10pm. I've been sleeping ok except for the overactive bladder waking me up three times each night. No crazy cravings, same as the last pregnancy...fruit, frozen yogurt, cheese, and anything cold, which will come in handy in the following months. I'm not looking forward to the sweltering heat. But hopefully with a good stock of Popsicles and watermelon I'll be able to make it through :) My due date is officially September 24th, however I'm hoping he'll be a little early. Three and a half more months seems like an awful long time!

Making Music

Here's some of the cousins making sweet music at the Talent Show. So cute!

Sprinkler

Here is Rhonen and Dad running through the sprinkler at Coram Ranch. Rhonen wouldn't go through by himself, but he loved going with Dad.

Holley Family Reunion

Over Memorial Day weekend we traveled up to Coram Ranch, which is just outside Shasta Dam, for the 2010 Holley Family Reunion! What a great weekend it was, the ranch was equipped with horses, a bocce and basket ball court, bikes, trails, and lots of space for the kids to play. We enjoyed great food, an amazing talent show, and of course our family. This was the 28th reunion for the Holley/Baker clan! We are so lucky to have this tradition and I can't wait for the next one in 2012.
